Harcho: Georgian Tomato Soup
Here is a recipe completely vegan, an incredibly tasty soup. He’s such a hearty and nourishing, that even meat eaters did not immediately realize that this dish is made in a lean version.
In addition, the preparation is not used finished tomato paste, so that the soup turns out very useful and only natural vegan ingredients.
30 g of fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, basil)
2 large onions
1 tsp of red pepper
3 g black pepper
400 g tomatoes
1 pinch of hops-suneli
2 liters of filtered water
100 g boiled brown or wild rice
Salt to taste
Put the herbs In the water , bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, then drain and leave the broth under the cover.
Chop the peeled onions , fry in butter, add the red pepper, peppers, diced tomatoes and hops-suneli.
Simmer for 7 minutes.
Put the broth on the fire, add the rice and cook for 10-15 minutes, then add the fried tomato mass.
Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with lots of fresh herbs.
