Eat More Walnuts – The Nut with Omega 3s and Good Fats
Walnuts are superfood and the healthiest nut because they’re very high in omega-3s. And omega-3s are the good fats that are going to prevent you from getting heart disease.
Recent studies have shown by eating a handful of nuts daily, you can reduce your chances of getting cardiovascular disease anywhere from 15 percent to 50 percent.
I personally have found lots of ways to incorporate nuts into my diet.
I may have them as a snack.
I may grind them in a smoothie. Or one of the things I’ve done recently is I add them into my sautéed dishes, and they give a wonderful nutty flavor to the foods I’m preparing.
