Rice With Olives And Eggs
Quick and delicious dinner idea for little money.
250 g rice
40 g butter
200 g olives
1 clove garlic
Fry the chopped onions in butter, add the rice, stir and pour 2-3 cups water.
Then put the garlic, salt, pepper and olives.
Boil over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
The rice is served with hard boiled eggs, cut into halves.
