Roasted Beef Tongue With Potatoes
Exclusive, delicious and impressive dish.

1 beef tongue
1 bunch of root soup
1bunch of onion
60 ml oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
The tongue is boiled in salted water with roots soup.
Remove, immersed in cold water and peel.
Cut in slices and fry in butter with chopped onions and drained and diced root soup.
The mixture is salted with red and black pepper, add the tomato puree and a little broth.
All pour into baking dish.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices and put in the tray.
The dish is baked about ½ hour.
Serve sprinkled with dill and parsley.
