Baklava Rolls With Walnuts And Raisins
1 packet of phyllo dough /12 thin sheets/
1.5 cups of sugar
150g ground walnuts
100 ml melted butter
First prepare the sugar syrup with a cup of water (must be thick).
Add lemon juice and leave to cool.
First spread a sheet with butter, put walnuts and raisins.
Roll up tightly.
Back rolled sheet at the beginning of other sheet.
Spread next and again put walnuts and raisins.
Roll the second sheet with the first.
This way make a four- sheet roll.
Move it aside and continue with the next four sheets.
Cut each roll into six small rolls.
Turn them into a greased tray up the incisions.
Bake until ready.
Pour the syrup.
The rolls must take all syrup.
