Homemade Beans Stew
about 400 g beans
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
300 ml tomato paste
Boil the beans with chopped onions, peppers and carrots.
Once the beans and vegetables are cooked, season with salt and spices listed.
Add the tomato paste and leave to boil for about another 10 minutes.
Finally sprinkle spearmint and parsley.
