Cajun Shrimp And Corn Bisque
Serves : 4
2 c Baking Potatoes; Diced
1/4 ts Pepper
2 14.75-oz can No Salt corn
1/4 ts Salt
1 lb Shrimp; Large, peeled And deveined
1 ts Cajun Seasoning
4 c Fat-Free Milk
Combine the first five ingredients in a Dutch oven, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer the milk mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the corn, and bring to a boil.
Add the shrimp, and cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
