Crispy Baked Potatoes With Salami And Goat Cheese

Ingredients for a pan 30cm diameter :

1.5 kg peeled and cut into thin slices potatoes
100ml olive oil
tbsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
thyme
1-2 large onions
200 g goat cheese (or any other cheese on your taste)
100 grams of salami, bacon or ham (it is up to you)

Instructions:

In a bowl mix potatoes with spices well, to be oiled and even to be seasoned.

Onions and sliced sausage, goat cheese into thin slices and place in a pan.

In a pan with a diameter of about 30 cm are arranged vertically rings and fries, every 5-6 slices potatoes alternating with the addition of a piece of salami, onions, goat cheese (or cheese to your taste)

Bake potatoes in preheated 200 C degrees oven – open for about 120 minutes, if necessary, if they stick, fries can be split with a knife, and if seem very dry, spray with a little olive oil or melted butter.
