Eggs In A Bag
a little pepper or carrot (grated)
Take a small nylon bag and smear with oil and a little salt inside.
Place it in a cup so as to be opened.
Put a little parsley and grated carrot.
Top tap an egg.
Tie the bag carefully with thread and drop it in a saucepan of boiling water.
Simmer about 10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs or 7 for soft-boiled.
Once the eggs are cooked gently remove from bag and serve.
