Lamb Orman Kebab
750 g of lamb
3/4 packet of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 bunch of mint
5-6 sprigs of savory
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill
The meat is washed, boned and cut into small pieces.
Fry in heated oil with finely chopped onions.
Add the flour, then after 2-3 minutes put the diluted tomato paste and salt to taste.
Pour hot water, enough to cover the meat.
When boiling, add parsley, mint, dill and savory, coarsely chopped.
The dish is cooked on low heat until the meat is tender.
