Spaghetti With Shrimps
A Thai delight.
Preparation: 90 min
1/2 pack of rice spaghetti
1 tsp. of sugar
50 ml of Thai fish sauce
1 hot pepper
16 royal shrimps
2 cloves of garlic
4 leaves of lettuce
5 onion stalks
Spaghetti are boiled to soften/ a slow fire –no boiling water/. As soon as they soften, they are immersed in cold water. You leave them aside.
In the bowl, squeeze the two limes, add the fish sauce and sugar.
Here is the place for the hot pepper, finely chopped, but you can also put chilli pepper. We leave that aside too.
In a hot pan, put the chopped garlic to fry. Leave this for 15 seconds. Then add the shrimp for just 4 minutes. Remove the pan from the fire.
Arrange spaghetti in a serving pot . Sprinkle a little of the sauce. Mix the vegetables that are pre-cut – lettuce and onion, as well as basil.
Put them on the spaghetti. Arrange the shrimps at the top.
