Cook fast and healthy for dinner
2 bunches of parsley
1 garlic /head/
Mackerels are cleaned very well, gills and black skins are removed, with heads kept.
Salt to taste.
Smash the garlic with a little salt and spread it inside of the fish.
Parsley is finely chopped and the fish is filled with it.
Add lemon and onions cut into wedges, drip into a little oil inside.
Fill the fish well in oil-soaked foil and cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with a salad according to the season.
