Breaded Mackerel With Milk Sauce
An appetizing idea for crispy mackerel with fine sauce
Preparation: 40 min
For the sauce:
1-2 tablespoons of Mustard
150 ml of white wine
250 ml cream for cooking
Season the cleaned fish with salt, pepper and roll into the flour.
Put it in fried fat for about 5 minutes on each side.
You can also bake it on a grill pan.
Then remove the fish fillets and put them on kitchen paper.
In another pan, melt the butter and stew the chopped onion into it.
Put the cream and mustard .
Once the sauce thickens, you can flavor it with a little salt and pepper.
Put the fish in a suitable dish and pour the sauce.
Serve with optional garnish.
