An interesting suggestion for breakfast.
Preparation: 50 minutes
1 ½ cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1/2 cup of oil
200 g of spinach, puree
50 g of pistachios powder or crushed ones
Wash and cut the spinach.
Fry it in a pan with a spoon of oil until no liquid remains.
Pass it to puree.
Separate well the eggs and sugar and then add the oil, vanilla, spinach, baking powder with flour and pistachios.
Mix well with the mixer and pour into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 40 minutes in a heated oven at 180 C degrees.
Optionally sprinkle some powdered sugar.
