Fish Fillets With Vegetables
A tasty dish that requires little money and effort.
Preparation: 60 min
500-600 g of fish fillet
1-2 red peppers
200 g of corn
200 g of rice
Salt and pepper
The fish, after being cleaned and washed, is cut in portions, thawed and fried slightly in the fat.
In the same fat fry the finely chopped onion, then add in and stew the remaining vegetables and rice.
Pour the mixture into hot water or broth, pour it into a baking dish.
The fish is on the top.
The dish is roasted in an oven until it remains on oil.
Before serving , sprinkle finely chopped parsley.
