Grilled Trout With Broccoli
Fast and healthy dish for every day.
4 small trouts
200-300 g of broccoli
100 g of smoked cheese
1 tsp. estragon
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 cup of olive oil
Trouts are washed and dried.
They are smeared outside and inside with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and estragon.
Take a grill-pan. Spread some olive oil.
Place the dish on a hot plate.
Trouts are baked on both sides – 10 minutes on each side.
The broccoli are washed and torn in roses.
They are placed in a tray.
Spread with some olive oil.
Cover with puffs of smoked cheese.
Bake in a moderate oven for a few minutes.
Fish is served, garnished with broccoli and lime.
