Chinese Cold, Spicy Noodles

1/2 pound Chinese noodles; about as thick as spaghetti
2 teaspoons Chili paste
1/2 cup Scallion; finely sliced
1 tablespoon Ginger; grated
2 teaspoons Garlic
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
3 tablespoons Tahini
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar or splenda
Salt; to taste
Cook noodles in plenty of salted water until tender.
Drain and rinse with cold water till cool.
Mix remaining ingredients together until well blended.
Toss with noodles and season with salt.
Chill until ready to serve.
