Winter Meat Rolls
1kg minced meat/any kind you prefer, better mixed one/
150 g bread crumbs
1 onion finely chopped
Salt, cumin and black pepper /to your taste/
300g cheese /any kind you like/
15 slices of bacon
Mix the minced meat with the other ingredients adding 2 eggs. Let the mixture stay at least for about 2 hours to flavor well. Better keep it in the fridge.
Cut the cheese into 15 small sticks.
Form 15 meat balls. Inside of each one place a stick of cheese and wrap with minced meat well.
Wrap every meat ball in a slice of bacon.
Grill until ready. Be careful do not overcook.
Serve warm with salad.
