Potato Meat Pie
0,750 kg minced meat or chopped meat any kind you prefer
100 g sour cream (yogurt)
100 g of mayonnaise
1 tbspoon flour
0.5 tsp baking soda
Grease a pan and sprinkle with flour.
Cover the bottom and the walls of the pan with potato circles.Then spread the minced meat with black pepper and cumin.
The next layer spread the onion and again salt and spaces.
For the dough:
combine the eggs, add salt, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour and baking soda.
Pour on the potatoes with meat.
Bake at 180 C oven for 45-50 minutes.
Overturn the cake onto a flat big plate or a tray.
